By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Nature of the platform
The Site is a business-to-business (B2B) catalogue and enquiry platform. You may browse categories and product listings and submit a request for quotation.
The Site is not an online checkout. We do not offer cart payment, escrow, or automatic order confirmation on the Site.
Product images, descriptions, specifications, and MOQ figures are indicative. Stock, grade, price, tax, and lead time are confirmed only in a written quotation issued by us (email is sufficient).
2. Who may use the Site
The Site is intended for persons acting in a business or professional capacity. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
3. Enquiries and quotations
- Submitting a form is an enquiry, not an order and not a contract.
- We may accept, decline, or request more information, without giving reasons.
- A contract is formed only when we issue a written acceptance or proforma aligned with a quotation you have accepted, or when both parties sign a separate supply document.
- Prices, if shown, are not binding until confirmed in writing and may exclude GST, freight, and packing unless stated.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to submit false company or contact details.
- Scrape, harvest, or automate catalogue access except with our prior written consent.
- Interfere with the Site, upload malware, or attempt unauthorised access.
- Copy product content for competing listings without permission.
- Use our name or the Site to imply any endorsement you do not have.
5. Intellectual property
Catalogue text, photographs, layout, and marks on the Site are owned by the Company or its licensors or suppliers. You may download or print pages only for evaluating a possible purchase. Any other copying requires our written consent.
6. Third parties
The Site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Sourcing or logistics partners engaged after an enquiry are independent contractors unless we state otherwise in writing.
7. No warranties
THE SITE AND CATALOGUE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY INDIAN LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that listings are complete, current, or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE LOSS, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON CATALOGUE INFORMATION.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING SOLELY TO USE OF THE SITE (NOT TO A SEPARATE SUPPLY CONTRACT) SHALL NOT EXCEED INR 10,000 (INDIAN RUPEES TEN THOUSAND).
Liability under a signed supply contract, if any, is governed by that contract. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Indemnity
You will indemnify the Company against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, inaccurate enquiry data, or breach of these Terms.
10. Changes and suspension
We may change listings, prices shown, or these Terms, and may suspend or discontinue the Site, at any time. The Effective Date will be updated when Terms change. Continued use means acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable rights.
